My experience at the Best Western Plus Stoke-On-Trent Moat House was rather mixed. The hotel staff, especially when I called about the parking issue, were responsive but the ongoing parking dispute has left a sour note. The dining experience could be improved with better quality cakes and a warmer environment. Overall, the value seems diminished due to the stress from the parking situation, which makes me hesitant to return.
