I had an excellent stay at Doubletree by Hilton Cleveland East Beachwood. The standout for me was the warm welcome I received, complete with complimentary cookies - a nice touch that made a great first impression. Although I enjoyed the beautiful clean room and the convenient location near local attractions, I did notice that certain facilities could benefit from some updating. Overall, it was a solid experience for my business trip.

I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again for my next trip.
