decent but with issues
thin mattress sofa bed
our family room had a sofa bed. it was an old style type. its mattress was very thin, the springs pressed through. it was uncomfortable for my kids. it.).

decent stay overall
breakfast selection food freshness helpful staff poor air conditioning slow service poor pillow
the breakfast had a good selection available and everything tasted fresh. the lady working the breakfast shift was helpful when my son spilled hot chocolate. the staff were friendly, quickly replenishing items.
There was no air conditioning, so the room was uncomfortably hot. Fans did little to help. the restaurant's quality was poor, and service was slow. the pillows were not very good. Premier inn's pillows are better by comparison.

single lift soundproofing issue
The breakfast variety seemed adequate.
I arrived to discover only one lift worked. I found this unacceptable. The room's sink lacked hot water each morning. This was a significant inconvenience. I also heard considerable noise from adjacent rooms. The soundproofing requires attention.

when i called reception, they hardly ever answered. but the team was friendly.

large room great shower
the room was very large and clean, i admired the great shower. staff members were always helpful and smiling, we loved the breakfast.
the hotel food was a bit overpriced for its quality.
